Returns:
You can return your item for any reason. All returns must be sent back to us within fourteen (14) days from delivery of your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Place the item securely in its original packaging.
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the item(s) will be in stock. However, you can always return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish instead.

We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.
Complaint against a defective product:
You have the right to complaint about a faulty or damaged product within 3 years. But you can also make a complaint if the product doesn’t correspond with the information you have received or if it’s not suitable for its purpose.
According to the Consumer Services Act, you can complain to us if the fault is original and existed when you received the product and It’s been less than 3 years since you purchased the product. However, you need to file your complaint within 2 months from when you discovered the fault. If you wait longer, you may lose your right to demand anything from us. In order for a product to be considered faulty or defective by law, the fault or defect must be original. An original defect is such a defect that was already in the product when you bought it or received it. The defect need not present itself directly; it may involve an original defect even if the defect becomes apparent after some time.
Customs and duty fees:
Customs and duty fees are imposed by certain countries.
Please contact your local customs office to find out more, as we cannot predict what these might be.
Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow us up to five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you do not collect your parcel from your site of collection in time you will be charged an extra fee of 300 SEK for the cost of handling, expediting and return shipping. You agree to these terms at the point of purchase.
